リフォーム工事の打ち合わせ。
明日、契約予定の（取得分）中古マンションのリフォーム工事内容について打ち合わせを行う。部屋内の現況も確認しなくてはいけませんが「今現在わかっている事」「考えられる事」も含めて検討する。間取り変更等の造作工事、各什器新規交換、イタリア輸入建具、タイルなどを施したいと思います。リフォーム工事後に物件が強い特性を誇示するだけではなく長い間に渡って受け入れられるように考慮しよう。費用対効果を最善に考えるとなると...努力しないといけないようです。
＝検討事項＝
■ユニットバス・便器・洗面化粧台・キッチン・防水パンの交換。
■フローリング全貼替・クロス全貼替・建具全取替・和室を洋室等の間取り変更など
明日の契約をスタッフに立ち会うよう指示をして手付金、社判の用意も万全です。自分は立ち会うことができませんが宜しくお願いします。
司法書士 溝淵司法綜合事務所さんが来社して来週に引渡し（取得分）を控えた川崎エリア分譲住宅用地の所有権移転等の委任状へ記名押印も終了です。明日の契約含め問題なく進んで欲しいと思います。
明日は午後よりWebマーケティング業者と打ち合わせがあります。TOPページのリンク集を充実させたいと思います。
