縁物ですね。
昨晩いただいた物件情報を自宅から直行で向かう。現地に到着して近隣環境を確認していると「情報提供先」から購入希望買付けが二件入ってしまったとの事で残念な結果となる。昨日の体調不良がなければ昨晩中に回答できたのに...先日の国有宅地の入札も失敗...これだけは縁物ですね。
午後から第二期HPリニューアル打ち合わせを行う。TOPページのイメージもtestサイトに載り他コンテンツも反映され始めました。足りない文言、数カ所の訂正を依頼及び来週の10月6日（金）にUP予定の約束をして終了です。最後の詰めなので各スタッフにも訂正等を指示。忙しい中での訂正依頼だが頑張って下さい。各スタッフには自分が進む方向性を日頃から伝えて協調しているつもりです。当社は与える程の仕事は無いので「方向性」を理解し臨機応変にスケジュールを組んで欲しい。
与える程仕事は無い＝本当はありますよ(^^) 未経験ではないんだから仕事内容の質を高めて今以上に努力して励んでもらいたい。自分で仕事を意識して個人が持つ実力以上に才能を伸ばして下さいと言う意味です。
■第二期HPリニューアル TOPイメージ（案）
※文言を大きくする指示をしました。もう秋なので季節感が遅れているような...
好評だった「iPod」キャンペーンが9月末で終了してしまいます。引き続き第二期HPリニューアルのプレゼントキャンペーン品としたかったのですが製品が新しくなり入荷状況が不明なため断念しようかと思います。代替品としての候補は当初「iPod」と悩んだ「D-snap 」です。お楽しみに！

賃貸業務が連日忙しい報告です。今、来社されているユーザーは少し時間があるようなので一緒に良い物件をゆっくり探してみましょう！以前のように9月を超えたら物件がないなんて事は少なくなりましたから。明日も数組のお客様の来店報告を受けました。希望条件適う物件を紹介できるよう頑張ろう！
