宮内3丁目新築分譲住宅現場チェック。H18.8.18
■A号棟／ボード貼り・階段工事
※建具廻りのボード貼工事も順調な模様です。
※LDKからロフトに昇る階段工事が始まりました。踏面はこれからですね。
※階段工事が終われば約7.5帖のロフト部分が見られますね(^^)
※ユニットバスの窓からも陽光が差し込みますね。
※浴槽は現在荷物入れと化しているようです。（笑）
■B号棟／ボード貼り・階段工事
※1階から2階へ昇る階段工事が終了です。養生済みですね。
※収納建具も取り付きました。こちらも養生済みです。
※部屋内もボード工事が終了してシャイングレー色サッシが強調されますね。
※LDKからロフトに昇る階段工事も終了です。ハシゴタイプではないのでインテリア性も兼ねている雰囲気が伝わりますね。
※ロフトの開口部分です。LDKに居る家族との会話が出来ますね。
※ロフト内部の仕上げは「畳」となります。天井高さは1,400㎜です。
※ロフトから見下ろすLDKです。イメージ付きやすくなりましたね。
