上丸子天神町 現場チェックです。
上丸子天神町 新築分譲住宅の現場チェックに向かう。外壁の吹付塗装も終わり建物の雰囲気が
良くなりました。10月29日(土)・30日(日)の現地販売会に向けて良い感じです。各棟32坪の延床面積がありますので建物の大きさが吹付塗装でより強調されています。LDKに準備している木製サイディングの施工待ちです。
東京電力の電柱もしっかり建柱されております。思ったより目立たないで良かったです。今後、契約済みのお客様と植裁の打ち合わせを行わなければなりませんね。

賃貸HPのリニューアル打ち合わせでＡＳｔＤ天野氏が来社。先日のデータ消失事件の復旧と同時進行のため大変です。新しいTOPのデザインは早く決めたいと思います。
昨日は社員旅行から帰ってきた不動産業者 社長がお土産を持って来社いただく。そのまま川崎で食事をして10時過ぎから別の待ち合わせに向かい疲労困ぱいです。今日も不動産業者 数社で会食の予定もありますので体調管理をしっかりしなければ．．．
