台風のため早上がり
本日は台風のため早めに仕事を終わらせようと朝から気合いが入りました。スタッフに覚書・確約書・飲食店オープンお祝い用花の発注を依頼。販売中の丸子通 新築分譲住宅Ｂ号棟の媒介のため大手不動産業者さんが来社して書面の取り交わし。別件でも二人程不動産業者さんが来社いただき話しを進める。建築中の物件について施工会社 東京組へ台風に備えて養生・飛散防止などお願いして一段落です。風が強くなる前にスタッフを早めに帰らせました。
スタッフを帰らせた後に7月末から販売予定の上丸子天神町 新築分譲住宅(3棟)の図面を各業者さんへメール送信して業務を終える。
昨日は不動産業者さんへ電話で話していると盛り上がり新丸子で食事する事に．．．帰りのタクシー乗り場が遠かったです。
■焼き明太子・マカロニサラダ・しらすおろし・銀だらの煮付
※毎度のマカロニサラダ＆しらすおろし
■キムチ鍋・おしんこ
※キムチ鍋美味しかったです。
本日は新丸子の「ろまん亭」さんのリニューアルオープンなので行って来ます。食事して飲んでいる間に台風は通過してくれれば良いんですが．．．明日は定休日です。
